3. User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

• Have a GitHub account with appropriate repository permissions

• Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)

Account Security

You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use
• Keeping your GitHub auth token secure
